U.S. & World History – There is a little known fact about “The Thinker”, which is a marble sculpture by French sculptor Auguste Rodin. Today it is often used to represent philosophy. But when it was originally created in 1902, along with several copies, they were placed in front of preschools all over the world, as a visual motivator for toddlers to become potty trained.
