BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder is seen telling NAACP President Julian Bond, that he intends to keep his promise that he made to them in a memo back in 2008. Holder emphatically restated, that under no circumstances will he ever prosecute any blacks charged with a federal crime, unless they are a republican or an outspoken conservative.
