BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – Rachel Maddow has filed a lawsuit against President Trump alleging that he caused her to look like a fool on national tv. In the court papers she accuses the president of not trying to stop her when he had “a reasonable amount of time to discourage her from exposing his 2005 tax returns, that revealed nothing irregular”. Her attorney stated at a press conference, “My client ended up looking like an idiot on several levels, caused by the negligence of Donald J. Trump. She will more than likely be nominated and win “Journalistic Imbecile of the Year”, and we’re only in mid-March.” Maddow is now investigating Trump’s penmanship in regards to the way he signed his tax return, stating that she believes a couple of the letters in his signature resembled some of the Russian alphabet.
