BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – President Trump tweeted that if Chicago is unable to reduce its homicide figures, he will send in “the Feds” to help reduce the city’s murder rate. “If Chicago doesn’t fix the horrible `carnage’ going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!” Trump posted. Mayor Rahm Emanuel responded to Trump’s threat by saying, “If he sends the National Guard into high crime areas, I will instruct the citizens in those parts of town to stop the murder while the military is there. That way the armed forces will be standing around doing nothing, wasting their time and taxpayers dollars. And after the National Guard eventually leave, I will then instruct those same citizens that they can continue blowing each other’s heads off.”
