COMMENTARY: This would not include pistols, or any other smaller guns that could be concealed in backpacks, unless they had written permission from their parents.

You can’t promote retaliation for “getting picked on” by encouraging children to carry lethal weapons; that’s just stupid. But adults should be allowed to use automatic weapons when stuck in traffic because of idiot parents’ who don’t allow their brats to take the school bus.
