Dear Blake,
I am a 51 year old woman that has never been married, and I don’t have any kids. I have always been very attractive, but I can see in the last few years I picked up a few pounds. I have always relied on my beauty to attract and control the men that I have been in relationships with. But I can see that due to my physical appeal diminishing, I don’t have nearly as much power over the guys as I used to. I’m not sure how much it costs, but I’m thinking about getting liposuction so I can regain the ability to easily manipulate all of the men that I’ll be dating in the future. What do you think?
Signed, Millie

Dear Millie,
Liposuction typically costs in between $2000 and $10,000. Hopefully you can also schedule some surgery to remove the tumors on your ego. When you become 70 or 80, young men will still be interested in you… as long as you have a decent retirement, and they can access your bank pin numbers. I’m wondering if the reason why you don’t have children, is because men that became familiar with you, feel it would be a crime against humanity to knowingly be partially responsible for reproducing something that had your genes. Can you send me your picture? I want to send it to some anthropologists and ask them if this is what a subhuman looks like. Men who are attracted to you, have lowered their standards to the depths of the deepest Mississippi cesspool! However, if getting liposuction is that important to you, then do it. The doctors will remove any unwanted tissue that you want them to. And if you tell them what you told me, and the doctors have any level of integrity, they would remove unnecessary cells, by initial placing the suction on the top of your head. Your mindset suggests to me, that you won’t even miss them. I hope this helps.
Blake
