Ask Blake Picture111

Dear Blake,

I have been married to the same man for 20 years, and I have always been irritated with his “know-it-all” attitude. I will concede that he’s a smart, but I hate the way he arrogantly flaunts his knowledge. Could you give me some advice on how to rattle his cage? I hear you’re good at that.

Signed, Blanch

Dear Blanch,

Thanks for the compliment. If he acts like a walking encyclopedia, ask him what is the percentage of wives that tell some of their closest friends some very “personal” yet laughable things about their husbands in the romance department. Tell them 90% of all married women settle, and regularly fantasize about the one that got away, even though the husband has no idea that she can barely stomach his appearance. And if those don’t work, this one will keep him up at night. Tell him that the majority of women that murder their husbands with cyanide are rarely arrested or convicted, and thanks to the internet, life insurance policies can be increased online, shortly before an untimely unexplainable death. Follow that up with every time he eats a meal you prepared for him, give him a smile that’s both sexy and treacherous, and let him try to figure out what it means. I hope this helps.
