Dear Blake,
I am 47, a mother, a wife, and I’m sick of these bitterly cold winters! Even though mine and my husband’s families have lived in this state for generations, I can’t stand freezing my butt off three months per year. I’m seriously thinking about moving to a warmer climate. Your thoughts?

Dear Violet,
You said you were 47, which means more than likely you’ll soon be going through menopause. Once you start getting hot flashes, even if it was 20 below zero you went outside, you still won’t need more than a light sweater and some sandals. Also when you do start getting those blasts of heat, tell your husband and children not to disagree or argue with you about anything, or they risk getting their skulls fractured with a single vicious punch.
