BREAKING NEWS – Tampa Bay, Florida – Paul Ryan is seen pointing at Vice President Joe Biden backstage, after he somehow snuck into the RNC convention. Biden was there to tell Ryan that he will not participate in the upcoming Vice Presidential debate, unless all of the questions are multiple choice. And in case he got stuck on any questions, Biden wanted Ryan to promise in writing, that he would help him with the answer.
