BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) is now stating that they have refused to honor President Obama’s memo, in his attempt to get more inner city votes. Obama wanted them to encourage all mayors of large cities, to pass a law mandating that drivers would not only have to observe all traffic signs, that they would also have to observe all gang signs. The ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) thought that Obama’s other idea was equally disturbing, which is to immediately issue gun permits to gang members, as long as the weapons are used to commit crimes exclusively in the county in which they were issued.
