BREAKING NEWS – Washington D.C. – The Congressional Black Caucus states that they are very concerned over once being the largest minority in the country, to becoming second, and falling farther and farther behind the Latino community. They are now strongly encouraging blacks to have more children. The CBC also sent a letter to countless African-American NBA players and their gold digging groupies, thanking them for their continued joint contributions to the population growth.
