BREAKING NEWS – Paris, France – CNN’s Chris Cuomo made a “colorful” gaffe, as he reported live from Paris, France. Minutes after police stormed both sites where Islamists had barricaded themselves, Cuomo labeled one of the dead terrorists Amedy Coulibaly, as “African-American.” When Anderson Cooper promptly told him that the man was born in France, Cuomo made an attempt to correct himself, by referring to Coulibaly as an “African-French-American”. This wasn’t the first time the Cuomo had problems distinguishing cultures. In 2012 he referred to a tribe of pygmies that lives in Austrialia as “African-American-Shorties”.
