BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The Crime Statistics division of the FBI has now issued a public apology for their mix-up, which caused thousands of criminals to be improperly labeled as sex offenders. The mistake occurred after an employee created a system that separated sought after major criminals, from small time crooks that were under the title “petty files”.
