BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – A family who suffered serious injuries in a fatal traffic collision involving Caitlyn Jenner earlier this year sued the Olympic gold medalist on Friday. The Wolf-Milesi family of Malibu sued Jenner in Los Angeles Superior Court for negligence in the February crash, which killed one woman after Jenner rear-ended her car and pushed it into oncoming traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway. Jenner’s attorney responded to the lawsuit stating that his client was not at fault. He also stated that the civil action is based on “sexism”, and he believes that the Wolf-Milesi family plans to use the stereotypical argument that Jenner was nothing more than a “halfway” woman driver.
