BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – Erwin Mena, 59 who allegedly posed as a priest and officiated at Masses, funerals, confessions, and at least one marriage was arrested on suspicion of selling thousands of dollars in phony tickets to see Pope Francis I during last year’s U.S. visit. He declined to comment to the Los Angeles Times as detectives escorted him in handcuffs from police headquarters. He is also charged with pocketing thousands of dollars from selling to gullible members of his parish “early release passes”, for people that feel when they die, they are going go to purgatory. It was nothing more than a laminated “Get out of Jail Free” card from a monopoly game, with the word “jail” replaced with the word “hell”.
