BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – A staffer for Vice President Joe Biden has come forward to state that his boss is being unfairly criticized for sleeping during President Obama’s speech on the national debt at George Washington University. He added that “it’s no big deal”, because on several occasions, Biden has fallen asleep while he himself was giving a speech in front of large audiences, and most of the attendants later stated that the Vice President sounded more intelligent leaning up against a podium snoring, than speaking into a microphone.
