BREAKING NEWS – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Two years after Bradley Cooper played Navy SEAL shooter Chris Kyle in “American Sniper”, conservatives are angry at him for appearing at the Democratic National Convention. Released in 2014, the film made $350.1 million — thanks in large part to conservative moviegoers — and earned him a best-actor Oscar nomination. In a written statement through his agent, Cooper responded to the anger by saying, “I am a liberal, and playing Chris Kyle went against everything I believe. In reality, and as a liberal, if I was really a sniper in the Navy, I would’ve been fair and nondiscriminatory on the battlefield, thus, I would’ve shot as many of my own men as I would’ve theirs.”
