BREAKING NEWS – Springfield, Massachusetts – A newspaper article from “The Triangle” published in January 1892 that showed the original 13 rules of basketball, has been discovered. The first set of rules included how many fouls a player could commit before he was disqualified, how many commercials were allowed during televised games, and the maximum amount of groupies a player could impregnate before the NBA was obligated to tell his wife.
