BREAKING NEWS – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Two men of questionable intelligence were arrested, after they attempted to steal the ocean one scoop at a time, and then demand $100 billion in ransom from South America. A third man working with them drowned the previous night when he backed his truck into the water, with the plan of towing the entire Atlantic Ocean to an undisclosed location, and then negotiate its return.
