BREAKING NEWS – Jefferson City, Missouri – The Missouri NAACP issued an advisory that tells travelers to be careful while in the state because of a danger that civil rights won’t be respected, announced the President Rod Chapel. When asked if he thought that the NAACP should suggest the same advisory for people travelling through the south side of Chicago, Chapel was quick to respond. “It is not a civil rights issue there. People that live in that community will blow anybody’s head off regardless of race, thus they don’t have a problem with discrimination.”
