BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – Congresswoman Maxine Waters calls out ESPN for a cartoon image of NBA superstars LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Paul. The drawing was of the four players, depicting what it would be like if all of them were on the same team, and they were wearing life preservers. Waters called the cartoon “insensitive stereotyping” because the NBA players were wearing life preservers, and she said that suggested to her that black people can’t swim. She then refused to answer the question on why she along with James, Anthony, Wade, and Paul were all wealthy living in very large mansions, and none of them had a swimming pool.
