BREAKING NEWS – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Scott Wallace, a liberal millionaire candidate running for Congress in Pennsylvania, has given millions of dollars to so-called population control groups, including Zero Population Growth (ZPG). Wallace has advocated for taxing parents “to the hilt” for having more than two kids, calling it “irresponsible breeding.” He went on to say, “I see herds of children almost every day when I drive pass preschools. If we tax their parents enough, not only will this deter them from creating anymore of these brats, hopefully they’ll consider selling some of the ones they already have.”
