BREAKING NEWS – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – The Burlington County couple Kate McClure, 28, and Mark D’Amico, 39, accused of misusing the $400,000 they raised via donations to help homeless veteran Johnny Bobbitt, may soon find themselves indicted and without legal representation, according to a motion from their own attorney Ernest E. Badway. In his motion Badway wrote, “…since it is expected that one or both of the Defendants will likely be indicted, my firm and I will no longer be able to continue our representation of them in this matter.” McClure and D’Amico have now set up a second GoFundMe account, to raise money to hire a criminal defense lawyer. They also created a third GoFundMe account so they can buy another BMW, after the police raided their home and took their previous new BMW, illegally purchased with funds from the first GoFundMe account.
