BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – CBS Chief Les Moonves resigned, just hours after six more women accused the veteran television executive of sexual misconduct. His resignation is effective immediately. The New Yorker magazine reported the latest allegations included Moonves forcing women to perform oral sex and retaliating when advances were turned away. The network didn’t address the allegations directly, but said Moonves will donate $20 million to one or more organizations that support the #MeToo movement and equality for women in the workplace. His wife, Julie Chen who co-hosts “The Talk”, affirmed her support for her husband in a written statement. “I stood by my falsely accused husband after the first set of allegations. I am standing by my falsely accused husband during this new batch of allegations. I will stand by Les now, and forever! And if anyone has any questions for me, they can submit them through my divorce attorney.”
