BREAKING NEWS – Auburn, Washington – Three young men rob a gas station convenience store as the store clerk suffers a medical emergency and falls into a display stand. The convenience store clerk was on life support after suffering a heart attack when he confronted two teen robbers that left him to die on the store’s floor, authorities said. The teens — instead of calling 911 or rendering aid — returned several times to steal cigarettes and empty the store’s cash register of $178, Angela Sharapova, the store’s manager, told Seattle’s KOMO-TV. But Al Sharpton defended the teens. “Those guys are not doctors, and should not be obligated to get involved in medical issues,” began Sharpton. “Had the clerk got up and did his job, none of this would’ve happened. I believe they would’ve paid for the items if given the opportunity, but the clerk was neglecting his duties. And as far as the $178, that was nothing more than a loan, because the one that took it, promised me that he planned to pay it back in interest free monthly installments.”
