BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – Amazon has fired back against Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s claims about the company’s poor working conditions, inviting the firebrand congresswoman to tour the facilities and see it “for yourself.” Amazon’s David Clark, senior vice president of worldwide operations, made the invitation on Twitter after Ocasio-Cortez accused the e-commerce giant of creating “dehumanizing conditions” for its employees. “I have no intention of setting foot into an Amazon facility,” explained Ocasio-Cortez. “I equate Amazon which was named after a river in South America, with Jonestown which was also in South America. And did anyone notice that Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Jim Jones of Jonestown, first names start with a ‘J’? Is this just a coincidence? I don’t think so. Jones had almost 1000 people killed, and now Bezos whom I just proved is a mirrored copy of Jones, wanted to have 25,000 new employees/victims in his clutches. I believe I have saved 25,000 lives, and so far I have received very little gratitude.”
