BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The Republican National Committee is sending a not-so-subtle message to dozens of Democratic officials — including presidential candidates and congressional leaders — in a stated attempt to remind them of how blessed they are to live in the United States. Seventy-three top-ranking officials are being sent an American flag alongside a copy of the United States Flag Code and a letter from the Republican Party. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez released a statement that in regards to the flags that reads, “Any democrat that receives should immediately promptly burn it and send it back to the RNC. They are trying to coerce into respecting a flag and a nation that I and all Americans should openly despise. Any democrat that does not follow this demand will be ‘primaried’ in 2020, because I believe that every elected official who embraces U.S. values and laws, should be run out of this country.”
