BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – Ex-MSNBC host Krystal Ball blasted her former network as “not journalism” and singled out “The Rachel Maddow Show” for floating wild “Russian conspiracy theories” that blew up during former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s testimony. The former MSNBC host said “nearly all” of her former colleagues got “swept up in the ratings bubble that was feverish, Russian conspiracy theories” and singled out some anchors she said took things overboard. “Rachel Maddow, you’ve got some explaining to do,” Ball said. Maddow responded to Ball’s criticism on her show. “She outta get off of her high horse,” she began. “She worked here long enough to know what our agenda and objectives are. It’s about ratings and it’s about getting Trump out of the White House. And if this network has to do that with a pack of lies, fed to our diminishing amount of viewers, so be it. I lost 25% of my viewers after the Muller Report first came out, and Krystal has the audacity to ask me why I am deceiving my audience on a daily basis. She acts like I have a choice, and I have just proved that I don’t.”
