BREAKING NEWS – Rachel, Nevada – The California man behind the viral “Storm Area 51” event on Facebook that may draw alien-obsessed crowds to a rural Nevada county, has pulled out of a festival that he created. Matty Roberts officially severed ties with “Alienstock,” which had been scheduled at the Little A’Le’Inn in Rachel, Nev. on Sept. 20-22. The event received final approval from the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners last week to let perhaps 10,000 camp out on the property in Rachel, the town closest to the top-secret Area 51 military base. “I conducted and an extensive background check on everyone that said they plan on attending,” Roberts explained. “Some of the people have no lives whatsoever, some of them live at home in their parent’s basements, but most of them are nuts! They think I organized this event to see some space aliens, when my real motive was to bring attention how important it is for small towns to build large facilities to house gullible people that are mentally ill.”
