BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – Hunter Biden broke his silence in his first televised interview since his overseas business dealings came under scrutiny, maintaining he did nothing improper while he served on the board of a Ukrainian gas company. However, the 49-year-old son of former Vice President Joe Biden told ABC’s “Good Morning America” that accepting the lucrative position was, in retrospect, “poor judgment.”
“I know I did nothing wrong at all. Was it poor judgment to be in the middle of something that is a swamp in many ways? Yeah,” he said in an exclusive sit-down with ABC’s Amy Robach at his Los Angeles home. “Sure, I didn’t know anything about the position I held. When I was first offered the the job, I wasn’t sure if Ukrainian gas was about fuel, or what happens to a person’s stomach from eating too many beans. But I don’t understand why I am being singled out. My father got paid $235,000 a year for being the Vice President, and he had no idea what he was doing for all eight years. Neither one of us knew squat, yet people are focusing on my awful decision making while ignoring his well established stupidity. And every time I hear someone say my dad is the most electable for 2020, I have to refrain myself from questioning their honesty, their sanity, and punching them in the face!”
