BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – A bizarre Joe Biden stump speech from 2017 about his leg hair and kids jumping on his lap, has gone viral leaving many people creeped out. In the clip, which is a part of a speech he gave in Wilmington, Delaware, Biden can be heard talking about his time working as a lifeguard at the local swimming pool.
“And by the way, you know I sit on the stand and it’d get hot. I got a lot of — I got hairy legs … that turn blonde in the sun,” Biden said struggling to find the right words. “And the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and then watch the hair come back up again. So I learned about kids jumping on my lap. I love kids jumping on my lap.”
According to an unnamed source from Biden’s campaign in regards to children rubbing his legs and jumping on his lap, “This is part of his back up plan if he doesn’t get the nomination, by becoming a Catholic priest.“
