BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin blasted the medical team at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, going as far as calling for the “defunding” of the hospital after President Trump announced he would return to the White House that evening.
“Any MD who publicly endorses this insanity needs to lose his/her license. Period,” Rubin declared in one of several tweets, another writing, “Congress might want to defund Walter Reed. It is a public health hazard.” Her next tweet appeared to be even more hostile. “If I had the power, I’d shut down Walter Reed effective immediately, and every soldier that is currently a patient there, we can say died as heroes after I would deny them medical treatment! It is Walter Reed Hospital’s fault for releasing President Trump, and I think liberals like me should get counsel from a certain minority group on how to deal with this, because they are experts at blaming others!”
