BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors requested a meeting with President-elect Joe Biden to discuss the movement’s agenda and lay out expectations for the incoming administration.
“Without the resounding support of Black people, we would be saddled with a very different electoral outcome,” Cullors wrote in a letter to Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. “In short, Black people won this election.”
Harris and Biden responded in a letter to Cullors, which red in part, “Between the two of us, the 1994 crime bill was written and countless blacks were tossed into prison. And unless you want to join some of the blacks that we jointly put behind bars, I suggest you sit down and shut up, or some bogus charges that’ll land you in the slammer, will be coming your way along with other radical whiners!”
