BREAKING NEWS – Albany, New York – An assistant to Gov. Andrew Cuomo who has accused him of groping her while they took a selfie together filed a criminal complaint against him with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, The Post has learned.

The victim, who was identified as “Executive Assistant #1,” in Attorney General Letitia James’ sexual harassment report, filed the complaint during a brief meeting with sheriff’s officials, who have since contacted the Albany County District Attorney’s office, Sheriff Craig Apple told The Post.

Apple said it’s possible the governor could be arrested if the allegations are substantiated.

Andrew Cuomo immediately fired back. “Me get arrested based on the bogus allegations by Executive Assistant #1? We’ll see about that!” he exclaimed. “If she tries to embarrass me, I’ll embarrass her. I have some audio of her screaming trying to escape my clutches when I had her cornered in my office. She sounded like an actress in a 1950s horror movie. So if she wants to carry this to the next level, wait until I make it public how comical she sounded when she was outright terrified. One other thing, if the cops make an attempt to arrest me, there will be a shootout. I handpicked all of the security that surrounds me, and I made sure that they were marksmen with the skill of a sniper. All of them are dedicated to me, except for the ones that caught me propositioning their mothers and sisters.”
