BREAKING NEWS – New Orleans, Louisiana – President Joe Biden traveled to Louisiana where he appeared to bring along a “cheat sheet” which featured names and photographs of local officials with certain talking points, according to a report detailing his visit.
On the notes that were photographed in Biden’s back pocket, the names of Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng and New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell could be seen.
According to an unnamed source, his staff decided that Biden needed a cheat sheet, because he thought Louisiana was a northern state that bordered Canada, and that New Orleans was the capital of Quebec.
