BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., took aim at Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin after the military leader’s Senate testimony on Afghanistan, saying Austin had provided “no real responses.” Blumenthal also argued that the U.S. has a “moral imperative” to get all Americans out of the country.
The Biden Administration responded to Blumenthal by saying that if the Americans still stranded there have survived this long by moving to a location that’s safe, then they are fine where they are, and they should contact the USPS to inform them where their mail should be forwarded.
