BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – President Biden offered CNN a lifeline as the struggling network was desperate for a ratings boost after going nearly a month without any program averaging 1 million viewers.
Biden rewarded CNN with a third primetime town hall with Anderson Cooper returning for the second time as the moderator. The president was welcomed by the audience in the heavily liberal Baltimore where the majority of questions were asked by Democrat participants.
When the town hall was almost done, when Biden did not know the microphone was still on he said to Cooper, “Ok I did you guys a favor, now do me one. In the future, even though your network sends me the questions before hand, I would still like someone off camera in the audience, holding up cue cards with the answers.”
