BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – A social media account for Vice President Kamala Harris stated in a now-deleted tweet that the United States is supporting Ukraine “in defense of the NATO alliance,” which the Ukraine is not a part of.

“When I was in Poland, I met with U.S. and Polish service members, thanking them for standing with our NATO allies for freedom, peace, and security,” a tweet from the @KamalaHarris account stated. “The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance.”

Harris later stated that Ukraine is part of NATO, but they aren’t premium members. She explained what she meant at a brief press conference.

“It’s kinda, uh… uh like Amazon,” she nervously began. “Because Ukraine does not have a premium membership with NATO, it means the United States can send them weapons, but there won’t be any free shipping.”
