BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – The Illinois state government has deployed additional resources to support migrants by providing approximately 30 hotel rooms at a five star hotel for those needing housing, according to a release from Democrat Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s office.
Pritzker stated that in response to a recent influx of asylum-seeking arrivals from Texas, and at the request of Chicago, the state is temporarily providing hotel rooms to safely house families.
“The residents will get room service for three gourmet meals a day, not including late night snacks,” explained Pritzker. “Within the hotel, they will have access to the weight room, the swimming pool, and shuttle service to whatever ethnicity they want to visit in Chicago, in case their young children want to join a gang.”
