I was standing in line at a bank, when a man standing in front of me started bragging about the custom diamond studded Rolex watch he was wearing. Then he looked at my Timex and snickered. He told me that his watch costed him $45,000.00. I told him that I only paid $12.00 for mine, and this time he laughed out loud.
I asked him what time he had. He took a glance at his expensive Rolex and said he had ”2:30”. I looked at my watch and said, “Me too”, and then I hysterically laughed out loud. I still think the profanity he directed me at that point was totally uncalled for.
