Here is one of my favorite recipes:
1 quart of vegetable oil for frying
1 egg, beaten
2 cups of dry bread crumbs
4 cups of a popular fish sold at pet shops
Heat oil in a large skillet. Dip the fish in the egg, coat the fish with bread crumbs, and then fry it hot oil. After 20 approximately, you’ll have 8 servings of delicious hush guppies.
