CTSCAN

I recently went to the doctor to get a physical and he decided that since I never had a CAT scan of my skull, maybe I should get that done. I was really drowsy when I got down there, and I actually fell asleep while laying on the table. When the procedure was over and I slowly began to wake up, I overheard the doctor tell his new nurse regarding my skull, “that the weather was clear”. I felt good when he said those words, but then he further elaborated on his statement, that what he meant when he said that the “weather is clear”, was that the scan suggested that I was so stupid that I could never “brainstorm”. I relayed this info to a close friend of mine that’s a lawyer, and he said I probably couldn’t sue, because the doctor didn’t perform a medical procedure on me, nor did he say anything that’s factually inaccurate.
