When I was in Washington, D.C. a few years ago, I asked a tour guide where should I go if I wanted to buy partisan? He thought about it for a couple of seconds and told me to try the gift shop on Capitol Hill. I think I also heard him whisper to someone that he thought I was an idiot, but it was a lot of noise on that bus so I can’t say for sure.
