A friend of mine told me about the most unorthodox business I have ever heard of. He opened up his own restaurant, and what he serves his customers, is whatever patrons don’t eat from nearby restaurants once the consumer walk away from their table. I asked him since there is a variety of cuisines he would be gathering, what category would he put his in? He answered, because he waits until the customers at other restaurants pays for their meal before taking the leftovers, he categorizes it as “sold food”.
