I have personally seen how difficult and dangerous it can be for a cop in their daily life. One of them came in a store, and sat next to me while he tried on some footwear. When he got up and took a few steps to assess the comfort of the pair he selected, he told the clerk he wasn’t sure how they would feel after he worn them for a few weeks. And because he was dubious, that was the first time I saw in person, a police shoe doubt.
