A really strange thing happened to me at church last week when I asked my pastor about Psalm 8:2, which reads:
“… you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.”
My question was, does this prove that God does not want any superheroes talking in Marvel movies? The pastor immediately angrily grabbed me, tossed me into the baptismal, and held me under for a nearly a minute.
