I have a friend of mine who’s job it is to design offshore flotation devices, but in his spare time, he teaches about 1930’s gangsters. So, when we were out on the lake and I saw one of his creations that I thought looked very appealing, he wasn’t surprised when I said, “that’s a pretty buoy, Floyd.”
