A few years ago when I was driving pass a bus stop in Chicago, I watched people exit the large vehicle. After the last person disembarked, the new passengers slowly began to board. All of a sudden, a dog approached the people on the sidewalk. It was growling and foaming at the mouth. When everyone saw the vicious looking canine, fear kicked in, and within just a few seconds, they all rushed and got on the bus. Based on the appearance of the dog, I guess this is why they call it “rabid” transit.
