U.S. & World History – According to United States history, a Minuteman was a member of a militia in 1775-76, ready to take up arms at a moment’s notice immediately, before, and during the American Revolution. This is totally false. They never had weapons, and they were called Menu-Men,because they could prepare anything on a menu within a moment’s notice. After the Menu-Men prepared a big meal for hundreds of British soldiers, they persuaded them not to attack the thirteen colonies, and later encouraged Great Britain to allow them to govern themselves. Some of the heroic Menu-Men included Alan Lee (great great great grandfather of Sara Lee), William Crocker (great great great grandfather of Betty Crocker) and Thomas and Theodore, better known back then as the Pillsbury Brothers.
