The Tyrannosaurus Rex was the one of the most fearsome carnivores of all time. It stood about 18 feet high and weighed 7 tons. For decades after the discovery of a T-Rex skeleton, scientists have been puzzled on the purpose their unusually short arms. Some of the leading paleontologists conducted an extensive study and have concluded that their disproportionate arms were more than likely used to hold a napkin while feeding. Thus, even though this terrifying apex super predator would literally tear their prey apart and gulp down huge chunks of meat, it’s refreshing to know that it would take the time to dab its powerful jaws with a napkin to show it still had a high standard of public etiquette.
